Our brush wire is   manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and workmanship to ensure high strength and hardness. Due to the high carbon content, this wire requires special care when quenching. In Tianjin Fengyuan Iron & Steel, we use a two-liquid quenching process (water quenching + oil cooling) instead of water quenching alone. This reduces the occurrence of cracking and ensures that our filaments are of the highest quality.
Our filaments are suitable for a wide range of applications. After quenching, it can be tempered or normalized at moderate temperature, very suitable for making springs and wear-resistant parts. Additionally, our carbon tool wires are free of alloying elements, making them a solid choice for high carbon steel wire.
